A group is made by its leader in the app, not here. What you have here is every group there is - open or closed, listed or not - so you can correct one, answer for one, or take one down.
Open Library, then Groups - the screen is headed Impact Groups.
Read the list.
The title, the leader, how many members, how many are still waiting to be let in, which book they are reading, where and how they meet (In-Person, Online or Hybrid), and whether the group is Open or Closed.
Double-click a group to change it.
The same questions its leader answered, including the most members it will take.
The discount a leader gets for buying licences up front is a Bulk Discount on the book, under Store.
The Library used to have a Config screen of its own tiers; it was removed on 18 October 2026, because the store's bulk discounts had been the price for some time and the tiers there were read by nothing.
Deleting a group takes its members, its chat and its messages with it, and cannot be undone.
A discount tier is money. With no tiers at all nobody gets a discount, and buying fewer books than the smallest tier never does.
There is no way to start a group here, on purpose - a group belongs to the leader who made it.
