This is the record of what the platform costs your ministry - what the plan is, what each month came to, and what was given rather than charged. Most ministries find every figure on it is zero, and that is the point of reading it: it is a record of what you were given, not a bill waiting to be paid.
Press your name at the top right, then Invoicing.
Only an administrator sees it, and only once it has been switched on for your ministry - so it may not be in that menu at all.
Read YOUR PLAN first: the plan you are on, its price, and whether the account is paid up.
The price says one of three things. An amount a month is what you are charged. "Granted - nothing is charged" means the plan has been given to you. "Billed monthly" means the price depends on the month, so the invoices below are the figure.
Read down INVOICES, newest month first.
Each row is one month: the month, its invoice number, the total, and where it stands.
Double-click a month to open it, or press the receipt button at the end of its row.
Each line is one thing - the plan, Google, AI, the Bible lookups, shipping, mail. A line marked "waived" is shown at what it WOULD have cost, and "Given this month" adds those up. A month with no breakdown says so: that is not the same as nothing being charged for.
If a month says Payment failed, read the warning at the top of the screen and use Update Payment.
That is the only thing on this screen that needs anything from you, and there is a window before the account is suspended - the warning says how many days are left.
The five words a month can carry: GIVEN - it was waived, nothing is owed. PAID - it was charged and settled. DUE - it is charged and outstanding. PAYMENT FAILED - a card was declined. A dash means the month was raised with no standing recorded yet.
A total of $0.00 beside real figures is not a fault and not an empty screen. It means every line that month was waived: the amounts are there so you can see what was given.
If your ministry pays for others, each of theirs appears under its own name marked "paid by this account", with yours first. A sub-ministry reading its own Invoicing sees only itself - what its ministry cost is its own record, even though the bill is its parent's.
"No invoices have been raised for this ministry yet" is a fact, not a fault. Months are raised by the platform, so a new ministry has none until the first one is.
A month with no lines under it is one the platform raised without itemising, which is not the same as nothing having been charged - the total is still the figure.
