The public marketing page has a demo request form. Every submission lands here, newest first, so nothing depends on somebody watching an inbox.

Open Leads.
Read the request: the ministry, who asked, how many people they serve, what they run today.
Enough to know whether to call them and what to say.
Mark it contacted once you have replied.
The console only lists and marks; it never creates a request.
Tip
Spam is answered exactly like a real submission and written nowhere, so a quiet Leads page means no requests, not a broken form.
