Suspension is the lever for a ministry that has stopped paying or has to be stopped for another reason. Nothing is deleted and nothing is lost; the ministry simply cannot be used until it is lifted.
Open the tenant’s Account panel.
Suspend, and give a reason.
The reason is kept on the record with your name and the time.
Lift it the same way when the matter is settled.
Watch out
Suspension is visible to the ministry’s staff the moment it takes effect. It is not a quiet flag — treat it as a conversation you have already had.
