Capstone does not take the card itself. It produces a link, the ministry pays Stripe directly, and the console notices. That is why nothing on this screen asks you for card details.
Open the tenant’s Account panel.
Send the subscription link to the ministry.
Stripe takes the card and starts the subscription.
Wait — the screen updates when it does.
You do not confirm the payment here; the console learns about it.
