This shelf carries the links as well as the buttons, because following one is a thing a visitor does. Buttons go somewhere or open a pop-up; Links are a row of them, or the page's own headings, or a trail back to Home; a Form is made here and kept with the page.
The screens pictured here are an example ministry’s, so the names and figures in them are not yours. Everything they show works the same way in your own admin.

Buttons: add a button, type what it says, and choose where it goes.
"Button opens" offers a page or link, a form in a pop-up, or a mailing-list sign-up in a pop-up. A link can open in a new browser tab, keeping your site open behind it.
Pop-up: shown as "A button that opens a pop-up".
One button, and a pop-up with its own title and words. For a pop-up that appears on its own, with timing and reporting, give a campaign a popup under Back Office, People, Campaigns instead.
Links: a row of links you type, or shown as "The headings on this page" or "A trail back to Home".
On this page lists the page's sections that have a heading, in order, and follows the page as sections are added, renamed or moved. Breadcrumbs is Home, then this page.
Form: choose which form, or choose "+ New form…" in the same list to make one.
The form is saved with this page. Starting from another page's form makes a copy - changing one never changes the other, and each keeps its own submissions, reached from Home. Set what the send button says.
Sign-up form: one of the choices in a Form's "Which form".
Only the list is chosen here - newsletter or prayer. Which details it asks for belongs to the site, not the page.
Social icons: choose the size; the accounts come from Site, then Settings.
Shown as "Share this page" turns the row into Facebook, X, LinkedIn, email and copy-link buttons for the page they are on.
Deleting a form is refused while a page uses it. Take it off the page first.
Each colour on a form starts on the site's own. Pick one of the site's colours by name and the form keeps matching when the site's look changes; choose "A colour of my own" only when it must stay exactly that colour.
