A ministry rarely needs all four on day one. Each application is built and deployed separately, so one it does not have costs it nothing and can be added later.
Admin — the staff back office.
Where the ministry builds its own website, runs its people, products, events and library. Almost every ministry has this one.
Website — the public site.
Its pages, store, events and podcasts. Content and the podcast page need it.
Reader — the patron reading app.
For the ministry’s own published books and lessons. The Library feature needs it.
Events — the attendee app.
For the ministry’s events, on its own site. A parent’s second-tier customers share it.
Adding an application later is a deploy, not a re-provision: the project, the records and the sign-in are already there.
